It Started With A Simple Idea: Help.

Laundry Goddess started with something pretty simple: Suzette saw how much people already had on their plates and realized there was one everyday chore she could take off of them.

What began as a way to lend a helping hand grew through word of mouth, repeat customers, and families who discovered just how nice it is to have the laundry simply… handled.

For Suzette, it was never just about washing clothes. It was about giving someone back a little time, taking one worry off their list, and treating their family's laundry with the same care she'd give her own.

Today, Laundry Goddess is growing into a family business, but that original idea hasn't changed: take good care of people, one basket at a time.

Your Laundry Is Personal To Us.

When you hand someone your family's laundry, you're trusting them with something surprisingly personal. Suzette has never taken that lightly.

Laundry Goddess isn't a big operation where your clothes move from one employee to another. Every order is handled by Suzette and her family, with people you can actually know and trust.

That means your preferences are remembered. The little things matter. If something needs to be hung, folded a certain way, washed with Free & Clear, or handled differently, you can simply say so.

And because Laundry Goddess is local and family-run, there's a real person on the other end when you need something—not a call center, an order number, or a corporate customer-service department.

It's personal service because, to Suzette, you're a person—not an order.

Meet the Laundry Goddess Family.

Laundry Goddess may have started with Suzette, but these days she has a little help from the family.

Suzette's youngest daughter, Charity, spent a month learning Mom's way of doing things—earning what Suzette jokingly calls her official “Laundry Goddess training.” Today, Charity helps with the washing, drying, and folding while keeping the same standards and personal care Suzette's customers have come to expect.

Charity's husband, Adrian, handles pickups and deliveries, helping get those baskets out of your house and back to your door fresh, folded, and ready to go. Suzette calls Adrian her son, and together Charity and Adrian are raising two little ones who know the Laundry Goddess by a different name: Abuela.

Bringing family into the business means Laundry Goddess can serve more people without becoming the kind of big, impersonal operation Suzette never wanted it to be.

It's still family taking care of families—there are just a few more hands helping now.

“Laundry is just one of those things that always needs doing. If I can take that off someone’s plate and give them a little more time for the people they love, that makes me happy.”
